WHAT does the YOU ROCK workshop look like?
The YOU ROCK workshops consists of 5 mornings with 5 different themes to boost your life in a positive way. See more information about the themes below. The morning group-sessions have a maximum of 6 persons.
Workshop morning – 2 hours
At 9.30h we will start with a 10 minute activity to clear our minds of our daily thoughts. Thereafter, we will have a short round of introductions and then the theme will be introduced. No time to waste and let’s start with the exercises. We will end the session with the explanation of your personal challenge.
Preparation – max 30 min.
A week before every session you will receive an assignment to prepare yourself for the ‘YOU ROCK’-morning.
Your personal Rockstar Workshop – a couple of minutes a day
Last but not least….are you ready for the 21-day challenge? Don’t be scared it will be a small daily 1-min-exercise.
In these practical mornings you will work with and for yourself and I will give you a few ingredients to discover and activate yourself to live life to the max. You are the only one who can change and is responsible for your own life. I will help you to throw away your fears and uncertainties, to stop doubting yourself, to not hold back or hinder yourself from visualizing your ideal life. I can also put you in touch with people who can help you realise your goals. I will help you with some personal tips & tricks. And you will have a chance to meet interesting people from all over the world.
After this workshop I hope you will live with a more positive mind-set:

Just to let you know, you do not have to share anything personal in the group with others if you do not feel like it.

1: SEE YOUR PASSION
Passion? It is already there. You have it! But sometimes we no longer see it only because of the continuous flow of impulses and choices that are there. It is therefore time to show you what to look at.
2: VISUALIZE YOUR LIFE TO LIVE TO THE MAX
If you imagine yourself performing a task, you will improve your performance in that task.
“Rome was not built in a day.” Focus on the present and set yourself actions to get to where you want.
4: STOP THINKING, START DOING
If you can simply do, then get to doing. If you sometimes struggle to do, make a few changes to make doing easier.
5: OH MY HABITS
Your life today is essentially the sum of your habits. What you repeatedly do ultimately forms the person you are, the things you believe, and the personality that you portray. As your life changes, habits need to change also.
